I'm Jayasin, The passionate software engineer over 7+ years of experience in Full stack development & I helped software development organization and its customers for creating custom digital solutions through modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS.

I started my software career as Software Engineering - Trainee in late 2019 and successfully become a Assistant Manager within 5 years of time period through my uncompromised dedication, hard work and smart work. In my very young stage of my career I managed team of 40+ resources. I helped both domestic and overseas customers from USA, Greece, Australia.

I worked with high-billing customers and the respective development team and stakeholders from the requirement gathering to production deployment and maintenance of the software products through standard Agile, Scrum, Kanban practices. Since I came from the development background and closely worked with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of previous organization I'm able to talk same language of developers & business stakeholders and able to reduce the frictions. Also, I'm able to help on risk mitigation, resource allocation, and budget management. With my professional experience I can help organizations to scale the team and revenue.
